Warranty Policies
Trakbond provides a limited warranty that the hardware sold by Trakbond will be defect free in material and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with Trakbond guidelines.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the limited warranty offered by Trakbond is limited for a period of one (1) year from the date when the hardware was bought by the customer. .
If the time limit of one (1) year from the date when the hardware was purchased is in non-compliance with the mandatory law, Trakbond provides a limited warranty in compliance with the mandatory laws.
Warranty Claim Process
Trakbond offers a manufacturer’s warranty on all its products. If any customer wants to claim against the warranty, he/she needs to follow some easy steps to claim it.
Step 1
Contact Our Customer Care
Please contact our customer care department at support@trakbond.com with the problem details to claim the warranty.
Step 2
Pay the Service Charges
As a service charge, you need to pay an amount of Rs 250 by clicking on the payment link send on your email.
Once payment has been done, you need to email us the receipt of service charge payment on support@trakbond.com.
Step 3
Return the product to the courier agent
After we receive your email, we’ll initiate return pickup from our end. You need to pack the product and attach the shipping label that you received in the email. The pickup process will take up to 3-5 days.
Step 4
Repaired product shipped to you
Once the item reaches our office, our technical team will analyse it and if it’s repairable; we’ll get it fixed in 4-5 working days. After repairing the product, we’ll ship it to your delivery address in 3-5 days.
